Step 1 :- Create a Profile from Register Free by filling the details either from your Email ID or from the Facebook Profile.

Step 2 :- After Registration, the Email ID and Phone Number will be verified. Login to the registered e mail and click on the link received in Inbox as verification check. Simultaneously, enter the OTP received in the registered Mobile Number in the given at the verification box.

Note:- The Link will be valid only for 24 Hrs and OTP will be valid only for 4 Hours. After that, the Link has to be clicked to generate another OTP. Failing to verify the Email and Mobile within 3 days will lead to de-activation of the profile. Only Mobile number will be displayed to the Premium Members.

Step 3 :- Fill the details of every section and upload the photo so that maximum response ism attracted and maximum attention for desired partner preference is a received.

All newly created profiles will undergo a manual validation for check on the data which should be proper and without any abusive language or inappropriate content. Only authentic and appropriate profiles to the members will be displayed.

The uploaded photos will undergo manual validation to check if the photo is proper and decent, since only real and genuine profile photos are displayed.

All the contents and the photos whether it is newly created or the updated from the EDIT Section will be made live within 24 to 48 Hrs for the users after completion of the validation process.

Creation of multiple profile with the same Email ID and Mobile Number is not allowed. This is just to prevent misuse of the website, to avoid fake and invalid profiles and to prevent from the Dating Site.

Also the mobile number will only be shown to those who have purchased the profile. It cannot be displayed to the free profile holders or who have not purchased the profile.

Exchange of conversation with the given templates only is allowed. This is to help in showing interest to the desired profile. For Free members, it is allowed only for one time and they will also receive the replied conversation by their desired profile.

Messages can be inter-exchanged with their profile by purchasing the desired profile where unlimited conversations are allowed. Chatting is also available on the purchased profile.

There are two types of searches. Quick Search and Advanced Search.

Quick Search can be done by giving basic criteria and Advanced Search can be done by giving more criteria to choose.

Also the system selects matches of yours, based on your partner preference and profile details can be displayed at your dashboard.

The frequently visited profiles are automatically displayed at the first row of the dashboard. Search for the exact profile can be made by entering Matrimonial ID.

In this section, you can find ‘ Viewed My Profile ’ and ‘ Profile I viewed ’. This section only shows those profiles whether it is from other side or from my side, who have casually visited each other.

‘ Viewed My Profile ’ denotes those profiles who have viewed your profile. The desired profiles who have visited your profile are reflected here.

‘ Profile I viewed ’ denotes those profiles which you have viewed. The desired profiles to whom you have visited reflects here.

‘ Relevant Updated ’ denotes a mixture of both the section mentioned above who have updated their preference or have done some updation in their profiles.

This section is about ‘ Members Seeking Me ’ and ‘ Members I am Seeking ’. This section shows those profiles from both the sides, who are interested in each other.

‘ Members Seeking Me ’ reflects those profiles who are interested in you but we are not able to talk to each other because anyone of them is not a premium member.

‘ Members I am Seeking ’ reflects those profiles in which you are interested but are not able to talk to each other because anyone of them is not a premium member.

This section shows those profiles which have sent you a request or I have sent him/her a request. You can accept or reject it according to your criteria or preferences.

This section will work only for those who have purchased a minimum of 2 profiles according to their criteria or preferences. All the purchased profiles will be shown here and the user can view the name, contact number, contact email id and the address of the purchased profiles. Communication can be done any number of times with the purchased profiles.

We are not offering any type of membership for the premium users. Simply choose a profile and purchase it by giving nominal charges. The profile which has been purchased will be called ‘Purchased Profile’ and can be viewed under the Purchased Profile Section. By way of purchasing a profile, you will be upgraded as Premium User and certain other features will get automatically activated. The only restriction of purchase a minimum of 2 Profile is applicable.

a:- Account Settings will help to see all the information related to your account. You can update it also.

b:- You can change your Email address by clicking EDIT section and register it by verifying it through your entered Email ID.

c:- You can change your Phone Number by clicking EDIT section and register it by putting OTP under the verify box.

d:- Privacy Setting helps to select the people who can see your profile information and Photo.

e:- Your contact information is 100% safe and will never be shared with any third party.

a. Success Stories:- If you get engaged through our marriage portal then you can share this great news by Posting under Success Stories with your wedding photo. This will be inspiration to others and in turn will make you entitled for receiving a Gift.

b. Report Invalid/Fake profile:- There is a link or a button given in every profile ‘ Report Fake/Invalid ’ wherefrom you can report us about any fake or invalid profile. We will cross-check and take an appropriate action. Make sure that your report is genuine.

c. Harassment/Inconvenience:- If any purchased profile harasses you or make you or family inconvenient by unnecessary calling or mailing, you can provide us such information by mailing at grievance@agraharimatrimonial.com. We will cross-check and take an appropriate action. Make sure that your report is genuine.

d. Dating/Friendship:- This is not a dating website ad we also don't encourage it. This is a simple matrimonial/marriage website based on a certain community which is helping to give a platform to find a suitable match at a convenient price.
